2025 Competition Standards

Overview

The Tactical Games is evolving with the introduction of standardized physical and shooting requirements for the 2025 season. These standards are designed to provide clarity for athletes at all levels, ensuring consistent benchmarks for training, competition, and performance assessment. Whether you’re new to the sport or a seasoned competitor, these updates will guide your preparation and help you excel in the challenges ahead.

Shooting Standards

The 2025 shooting standards introduce measurable benchmarks for accuracy, timing, and target engagement. These standards are tailored to ensure competitors master their shooting fundamentals while simulating the tactical complexity of a competition environment.

  • Target Sizes and Distances:
    • Pistol: 0.5 inches per 3 yards (e.g., 15 yards = 4.5-inch target).
    • Rifle: 4 MOA (e.g., 4 inches at 100 yards).
  • Cadence Programming Guidelines:
    • Pistol: 3 seconds per shot.
    • Rifle: 4 seconds per shot.

Published Aggregates:

Competitors can now access six standardized shooting stages, or “aggregates,” published below. These include detailed descriptions of:

  • Target size
  • Distance
  • Time constraints
  • Loadout requirements

How They Work: Aggregates will appear at regional events, allowing you to compare your performance against competitors from other regional events.
