TTG Dry Fire Program |
The current cycle of the TTG Complete Programs includes everything you need to prepare for the upcoming Naitional Championship. Here’s what to expect: 4X a week we will be biking, rowing, rucking, and some combination of them. Building strength will become a bit less of a priority, whereas now it will rotate into being able to move at your 70-80% efficiently. Testing skills, while important, will now be rotated into “skill under fatigue” so now we will approach certain skills to see how we function under stress. Sandbag work be kept as a strength component since so many of you enjoyed it! Dry fire and Live fire will continue from Sal Hernandez. Mobility to get your primed and keep you healthy and ready from Callerina Woodard will still be a priority.
