I can't make it to the event anymore, what are my options?

Life doesn’t always unfold as we plan. Sometimes you can’t compete and do tactical things with your friends when you want to.  We know how disappointed you feel but we also know that as a Tactical Games Action Figure you are resilient, adaptable and know NO OFF SEASON!

 

I can’t make it to The Tactical Games anymore, what are my options?

Tactical Games purchases are non-refundable after 5 days from the time of purchase. This does not apply to merchandise purchased through our online store. Exceptions will be made for military deployments.

 

We offer a few options so your registration does not go to waste:

Option 1: You can transfer your registration to a new event

Option 2: You can transfer your registration to another person

Option 3: You can donate your registration. Recipients of donated registrations have included: PD local to the event, wounded warriors, members of the military and veterans. Individual recipients are determined by the staff of The Tactical Games.

Transfer Rules:

  • The event transferred into must be in the same calendar year as the original event year.
  • Athletes must transfer out of an event prior to 7 days before the event
  • Athletes cannot transfer from a Tactical Games 2 day event to a Tactical Games Skirmish or Tactical Games University Course.
  • If an athlete is transferring from a lower priced event to a higher priced event, the athlete will be required to pay the difference.
  • Transfers into sold out events are not available.
  • Athletes can only transfer to a different event one time.fAfter that one time you will be charged an additional registration fee.

 

Please note that ALL event registrations are non-refundable back to the original payment method.

 

How to transfer to a different event:

You can easily transfer to a different event online. When you registered for the event you received a confirmation email. On that email there is an option to defer. Click the link and follow the instructions. If you do not have your confirmation email and need it to be resent please email info@thetacticalgames.com with your full name and event for which you are registered.

What does this mean for you?

We are facing unprecedented circumstances and have had to quickly adapt as an organization. We are asking you to stay the course and walk through this with us, as we continue to prepare the best events possible. We are grateful for your resiliency and adaptability as we navigate this new environment.

 

We are in the process of securing a replacement West Coast venue for late August or October. Once the details have been confirmed we will let you know specifics in regards to dates and location. We expect this to be completed in a few weeks.

 

Other competitions and races all over the country are in the same predicament. They have been forced to cancel or postpone scheduled events. We are adopting the same policy that they have been using in regards to registrations.

 

We will automatically move your registration to the new West Coast event. No further action needed on your end. You also have the ability  to transfer your registration to another 2020 event (except for the National Championship). We are also granting the ability to transfer your registration to another individual. In addition, we will be sending out a code for 50% off registration to a 2021 Tactical Games event.

 

We hope the hysteria surrounding the virus and its spread dies down soon. Until then, keep training, keep shooting, and keep being the amazing people you are as part of the Tacticult, because, there is …….
